Rfid and keypad door lock and alert system using arduino.
Open and closed a servo door lock.
If the state is low the door is closed.
This operation can be used to actuate a door lock or a latch to enable you to remotely lock and unlock a door or gate.
The command to close the lock after or is pushed.
The servo is connected to pin 11.
If key key if the lock is open it can be locked again by pushing o r on the keypad.
When i saw this i instantly wanted my own for my door.
To detect the door opening door closing events we can detect the state change on the arduino input pin.
After some wiggling your lock will hopefully open.
Recently i rewatched the amazing spiderman in one scene peter parker locks and unlocks his door from his desk using a remote.
After a bit of tinkering i got a working model.
Servo at 0 position door is closed.
If you have two paper clips on you the process will be that much easier.
If the state changes from low to high the door opening event is detected.
When you insert the bent paperclip stick the straightened paperclip beneath it and move it around.
Bend one of the paperclips and fold out the other one as straight as possible.
